The prototype test for Atome showed a strong CSAT of 89%, indicating high satisfaction overall.


However, 27% of users struggled to understand how their spending aligns with their budget due to inconsistent information displayed❗️


To address this, I conducted affinity mapping to identify the root causes and iterate on solutions.
